Information note for Customers and Suppliers pursuant to Art. 13 of Leg. decree no. 196/2003
You are hereby informed that the personal and tax data acquired directly and/or through third parties by SACME SpA of Molina di Malo, controller of the data, are processed in paper, IT and ICT form for contractual and legal requirements, as well as to permit effective management of the contractual relationships.
The e-mail addresses provided may be used by the company to send material relating to services similar to those that are the subject of the existing commercial relationship. Failure to provide the data, when not obligatory, will be assessed case by case by the data controller company and will give rise to the following decisions depending on the importance of the data requested for the management of the commercial relationship.
The data may be transmitted in Italy and/or abroad - exclusively for the purposes indicated above and, as a consequence, processed only for these purposes by the other parties - to:
- SACME SpA employees
- our network of agents
- factoring companies
- credit institutes
- credit recovery companies
- credit assurance companies
- commercial information companies
- professionals and consultants
- companies operating in the transport sector. Your data will not be distributed.
The interested party may exercise all the rights referred to in art. 7 including the rights to access, correct, update, oppose processing and delete.
The person in charge of processing is Mr. Giacomo Cera in his position as legal representative.
